Where the urban fabric presented a pause, an abandoned area marked by the silence of disuse, Chiaramonti’s art intervenes to create not just a simple monument, but a true “urban nursery.” The work stems from the precise intention to transform a physical void into a place of protection and rebirth, evoking the precious fleetingness of childhood and the need to regain a human rhythm in a fast-paced world. This redeveloped area thus becomes the promise of a world where humans can sit once again beside nature in mutual silent respect.
The work was realised with the contribution of Fondazione Monte die Paschi di Siena within the framework of the Let’s Art call, the Municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, the Cultural Association Friends of the Park, and individual donations.
